Weekly Classes
Yoga
I teach a slower paced mindful vinyasa yoga class with a strong emphasis on breath while focusing on safe alignment. I believe yoga gives us the opportunity to touch in and remember the best within ourselves and bring that goodness out to the world. In my classes we will practice asana (poses) and may include; chanting, pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation.
